Realm of Despair

Despair is that voice which dissuades us from our goal,

It is that evil force working towards the devastation of our soul.

Valiance is essential to render it endurable,

And the 'damage' done by it is often incurable.

A tortuous path may have several hindrances,

Which is as misleading as spurious entrances,

Every step should be tread with the proper measure

So, in the end, we get our satiating treasure.

Winners never quit and quitters never win,

We've to waddle our way through amidst all din.

The feeling of victory is everlasting joy,

Only if our optimistic endeavors are far from being coy.

Suicide is not the solution to any form of depression,

Which stems from the feeling of repression.

An important attribute to combat this is self-esteem,

And for its revival, we need to work as a team.

The vistas of choices are quite wide,

And we've to flow with the time's tide,

Proper adjudication of its viscosity is indispensable,

Or we can get trapped in its labyrinth which is interminable.

When life throws lemons, make lemonade;

So that it is can become delicious like marmalade.

It is folly to bear resent,

As it is only temporary against someone who is present.

The gateway to success is not difficult to attain,

If we stop worrying that our efforts are in vain.

Bank on our endeavors for fruit,

So that we don’t lose track of our route.

Our life has much to offer,

And we are aware that everyone can't be a topper.

It is futile to be plunged into despair,

Because everything is not out of repair.

There are many challenges to be faced,

And many milestones to be aced,

The only constant is that we shouldn't lose our hope,

And end up being a mope.
